Not the best - at all - but certainly not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheaper rent, near multiple subways/trains, above Central Park
Cons:
Property management was unresponsive for weeks and took months, yes, months to address a ceiling leak/roof leak that finally, upon looking like it was going to burst at the seams, did they send someone to fix.

I grew up in this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best was the super he was very very nice and always helped a lot with everything you asked him too help with
Cons:
It only had two bad neighbors that love too stomp on people ceiling and bang on people walls and wouldn’t stop even if you asked them nicely and would throw food and bottles on your fire escape in apartment 5D
Advice to owner:
Kick bad neighbors out like that people don’t start moving out
