laundry prices are insane, turnover is high due to consistent rent hikes

On Fifth Avenue across from CP
Cons:
The owners of this property seem to be 3rd generation or more. There is a BIG turn over rate. The cost of the apt is good for one year and the second year goes up. The staff is not high end.
Advice to owner:
Add more component people. Staff smokes and most of the time the doorman are nowhere to be found in front.

Inconsistent heating (often unit is in the low 60s/59 degrees sometimes)
Building management wants tenant to pay for fixes
Management does nothing to abate the ceiling noise and noise issues in the apartment

Maintain consistent heat according to code
Prompt follow-up on tenant requests especially those marked high/urgent
