- cleanliness - staff - gym - location
Cons:
- crazy rent hikes - rodents - units not soundproof
Advice to owner:
laundry prices are insane, turnover is high due to consistent rent hikes

On Fifth Avenue across from CP
Cons:
The owners of this property seem to be 3rd generation or more. There is a BIG turn over rate. The cost of the apt is good for one year and the second year goes up. The staff is not high end.
Advice to owner:
Add more component people. Staff smokes and most of the time the doorman are nowhere to be found in front.

Accessibility to Central Park Friendly and helpful door staff
Cons:
Building management often ignores requests Inconsistent heating (often unit is in the low 60s/59 degrees sometimes) Building management wants tenant to pay for fixes Management does nothing to abate the ceiling noise and noise issues in the apartment
Advice to owner:
Maintain consistent heat according to code Prompt follow-up on tenant requests especially those marked high/urgent Sound proof units appropriately
