Very old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, still belongs to Upper East side, although very close to East Harlem. Quiet except there are a lot of ambulance as it's close to the Mont Sinai Hospital. Safe as the residents mostly are post-doctors who are well educated.
Cons:
Building very old, rooms very small. The heating system is crazy, very loud at night.
