Awful experience don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
the only pro is that i had a roof over my head and it is rent stabilized
Cons:
Had a leak for over 10 months of sewer water from upstairs toilet into our kitchen on stove top. Management refused to do anything about it even after denying rent payments.
