No real complaints!

Pros:
Amazing location, near Central Park and the subway. Clean laundry room in the basement (3 washers & 3 dryers, card operated). No maintenance or pest issues while we’ve been here. Overall, a very nice place to live! Bonus: our renewal offer did not raise the rent at all!
Cons:
Not much natural light in the living space or one bedroom. Construction across the street, so the street-facing bedroom had noise issues. We do hear our neighbors’ kids and pets occasionally. No control over the heat, and the apartment was often too hot in the winter.

Pros:
- Super was very responsive
- Online payment
- Cheap (at the time) rent
Cons:
- Super was generally rude (despite being responsive)
- Close to hospital, therefore generally loud
- The radiators are really old and loud
Advice to owner:
Renovate some of the units
