Not a great place
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Convenience of resources in the neighborhood (ex. shops)
Cons:
-Very loud living in Lexington Avenue -Little to no heat -Dangerous neighborhood -You have to walkthrough the laundromat to throw away garbage -Little to no presence of super after first super quit
Advice to owner:
-Needs more heat -More effort to improve the quality of work in the building (moved in with broken door knobs, chipped paint job and messy work)
