a good find
Former Tenant
Pros:
location is great, once contacted owners responded and fixed issues, clean at move in
Cons:
did not receive landlord or super contact at lease signing, difficulty contacting for after hours situations like water or plumbing issues, garbage piles up and smells especially in summer, needs more effective disposal
Advice to owner:
replace buzzer and fix stairs

Alright pre-COVID, not great for WFH
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is decent
Cons:
Garbage was never under control and you would need to move garbage out of the way just to walk up the stairs. Apartment is alright in normal times but was not a good living space when you’re working from home
Advice to owner:
Better garbage system in place

Great space for the money, but not clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge rooms, high ceilings
Cons:
Garbage piles up at the door, smells. Garbage man is sweet but the building is too dirty for his cleanings to make any difference.
Advice to owner:
Get a professional cleaner at least twice a year, keep garbage in basement.
