Absolutely nothing positive to say
Cons:
Haven’t had repairs in over 5 years. Have to call 311 In order to get anything done. Building owner and management are MIA. Did I mention we don’t have an active super. I thought withholding rent was the solution NOPE. We are the most miserable we’ve ever been in a apartment
Advice to owner:
Just throw the whole building away. You people are greedy and only want rent paid . You have no idea what conditions we live in or any remorse . Shame on you!
