Pros:
They’ve renovated some apartments and there is so much potential. Neighborhood is great!
Cons:
Bugs and creatures in the walls. Roaches all over - pest company never comes. Garbage left in hallways
Advice to owner:
Take care of your property!

Recently remodeled , close to the subway and central park
Cons:
Common areas like the lobby and stairs are not frequently cleaned, stairs can be difficult. Internet is not set up in new apartments.
Advice to owner:
Make sure to clean common areas regularly, and provide better training for your admin team, sometimes its hard to reach them.
