Lazy super. Constant smell of marijuana.
Advice to owner:
Encourage super to be responsive. Remind tenants smoke free building includes marijuana.

Great neighborhood shitty landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is great and neighbors are respectful
Cons:
Management is terrible. Could not pay rent for 3 months because they were too lazy to set up portal and then said they won’t charge us a late fee for rent ( like they were doing us a favor ), door code is the same for all the building on the street because management thinks they are helping the mail people and do not realized that it is not safe to do that. Fire escapes have not been looked at for likely 10 years. They never gave us a key to the front door just gave us a door code and when we asked for a key (code box broke) they said we lost a key we were never given and super was pissed that we were door was broken. Bedroom and bathroom doors do not even close properly because demensions are off. Lazy updates of entire apartment.
Advice to owner:
Care about your properties and don’t be lazy.
