Nasty, nasty building

Pros:
Proximity to train
Cons:
Absolutely everything else. Ceiling collapsed, holes in the bathroom floor looking right down to the basement, no hot water for many days consecutively, food would back up into the bathtub, mice. Just a disgusting place to live.
Advice to owner:
Knock it down & start over.
