It’s just ok

Pros

cheap rent stabilized unit with washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit property manager has been generally responsive with things that need to be repaired and questions

Cons

heat is always WAY TOO HIGH (85-90 in the winter) often no hot water noise from metro north hallways and garbage alley are very dirty and there are roaches everywhere homeless people always sitting on the stoop and playing loud music stealing packages management changes often and is really disorganized
