Best building manager ever

Pros:
Building manager, response time, new entry way and floors, exterminator, rent price, neighbors
Cons:
Older, next to an abandoned building with some rodent problems, trash outside, inside cleaned irregularly
Advice to owner:
Clean interior every other week! Trash needs to be maintained daily! Figure out the abandoned building situation with the city!

Uptown retreat

Pros:
Loved living here- convenient to subway station and supermarkets, interesting and eclectic neighborhood and neighbors. Well kept building, common areas, and laundry. Landlord very responsive.
Cons:
Maybe more careful management of people leaving their trash in the laundry, but it is minor.
Advice to owner:
Thanks for being a solid landlord!
