Good for price point
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is responsive, never had issues with any neighbors, all pretty respectful with noise.
Cons:
Every Wednesday from noon to 8pm the park behind has a concert that is extremely loud. It was difficult to work from home on these days. There were water roaches always coming through the sinks. But it was easy to manage with a few traps.
