Rent stabilized but is it worth it? Maybe for a while.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized building
Cons:
The garbage cans are located INSIDE the building hallway. You can smell everything from the top floor. As a resident you get used to it but it's embarrassing when you bring a new friend over for the first time. They ALWAYS comment on it.
Advice to owner:
Please put the garbage in back area. You have a back area we've all seen it.
