No complains
Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances. Super is very quick as responding to any issues. Central air so you control your own heat and AC. Wash and dryer in basement for tenants.
Cons:
Been living here for 2 years with no late payments on rent. Last year 2019 they tried increasing my rent by $200. Don’t let them scam you. I got it down to $50.
Advice to owner:
Don’t try to increase rent by $200 to tenants who have been staying for longer than 1 yr :)

Decent apartment in Harlem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway, overall pretty clean/quiet building
Cons:
We had a mouse problem for a little while and plumbing problems. The super would come to fix the dishwasher/sink leak but they didn’t do much about the mice.
