Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer dryer in unit Neighbors are nice Close to metro
Cons:
The building is infested with roaches. When I say infested I mean there’s not a single place in the apartment you won’t find them. I got bit on the face and had a roach bite for over 2 weeks.
The building is also infested with mice. The smell of them won’t leave the apartment because they poop behind the stove. Super and building will not do anything about it.
Management is uncommunicative. Impossible to speak to a human. They are 100% unreachable.
No heat. Unreliable hot water. Mice. Roaches.
Advice to owner:
Own up to the scam you guys are running. Stop wasting people’s time and money.

Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are great and the super is chill and helpful
Cons:
It's above a hookah bar, and sometimes getting off evening shifts on weekends there's drunk people in the club screaming outside my window and pissing on the sidewalk.
