Great building tbh
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, well maintained. Great super. Rooms are spacious.
Cons:
managed by a very corporate leasing company that will not negotiate at all. There's also some tenants that are loud and disruptive. Have had to contact police to resolve certain issues.

Overall good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, spacious apartments, friendly and responsive super, most tenants are quiet and respectful, in a convenient location for transit and groceries.
Cons:
You can feel and hear the Metro North train go by especially if you're in a west-facing apt, on a main street so packages can get stolen, very noisy and inconsiderate 4th fl tenant, the property owner is gentrifying the building so expect rent increases every year
