Good except for mice!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location for the area because of the grocery store, laundry, and 6 train station all on the same block. I had the 2nd floor Studio and it was a nice layout and big.
Cons:
We had mice and couldn’t get rid of them :( Otherwise we would have stayed. It was well -priced in 2020.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the mice!
