Clean building but super loud door slamming
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean building with very friendly management.
Cons:
Tenants slam their doors all the time, their own and the front door. The front door is super loud and will shake you out of sleep and cause anxiety. There’s also a screaming child on the top floor that screams (not cries) pretty much around the clock. Can’t buzz anyone in so deliveries you have to sprint down the stairs to retrieve.
Advice to owner:
Somehow make the doors in the building less loud and prevent from slamming. Also allow residents to buzz deliveries and friends in.
