The apartments themselves are nice and the gym is a plus

Bad neighbors and still haven’t received sec deposit back since moving out

Cons:
Neighbor fell asleep with a candle on and curtain caught on fire at 2am. Not management's fault, but worried about them burning down the building. Upstairs neighbors were also really loud at late times at night. The worst bit is that it has been over two months since moving out and they still haven’t given my security deposit. They keep telling me by end of the month I’ll receive but still nothing

Looks nice from outside and semi nice inside
Cons:
The building management is irresponsible and prefers to blame tenants rather than take responsibility for poorly constructed and poorly managed building. Loom capital management - look it up. Reviews are so bad
