Good but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space in penthouse. Super is amazing. Newer appliances. They try to fix leaks.
Cons:
Leaks happen a lot in some bedrooms.

Quirky Kitchen, Great Spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management.
The super, Garth, is terrific.
Thoughtful architectural touches and spacious layout.
Either the walls are quite thick or my neighbors are very quiet.
Cons:
No freezer, no in-building laundry.
Bathroom can feel a bit cramped.

Grat first NYC apartment until
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was great and super hardworking on the building. Price WAS great with a COVID deal and the noise and neighbors weren't a problem.
Cons:
About 9 months into the lease we got a leak from the building that flooded our ceilings and walls. Maintenance office was TERRIBLE and rude. Still hasn't been fixed and were finishing our year lease now. Office is hardly responsive as well. They do also come into your apartment a lot to fix things soif you're paying for privacy of any sort maybe don't move here. (at least once every other month). Also no AC unless you have a unit for yourself but the building gets hot and smelly. Honestly if it weren't for the leak situation, this would have been a great first experience moving into the city but because of how the situation was handled (or how it wasn't) take your luck when it comes to whether or not you'll have an issue with this place.
