looking to move after Covid, definitely

Pros:
sunlight, and location.
Cons:
neighbors slamming doors. pests in the hallways. drafty corridors and windows. dim lighting. theft of packages. heat has dramatic fluctuations.
Advice to owner:
Install camera doorman Install wall for vestibule/foyer, to separate front door from stairs. Clean the hallways and floors more regularly. Check in with your tenants about rent and Covid and how you can help.
