Sophia & company are a nightmare

Pros:
There’s not really much I can say that’s a pro except the obvious. On 2nd ave, couple avenues away from Central Park,
Cons:
The intercom does not have the proper numbers for the apartments. Property management does not answer; ever, and the building does not have many tenants-only 8 units, in where 3 are empty. Neighbors are very noisy. Packages always get stolen if not there waiting in time. Can’t have pets. You have to put your garbage outside of your door and sometimes it’s just there for the whole day. No ladder to the bottom for fire escape. Lobby Door has been broken many times. Homeless people try to come in and sleep. Caught my next door neighbor trying to steal my cable line. My electricity fuse was stolen out of my box once.
Advice to owner:
Be more compassionate towards your tenants having animals. Be more respectful to your tenants. Fix all violations. Provide proper surveillance & never be an obstruction to crime.
