Manage the building better. Be more attentive to tenants needs and problems

Poor communication, untrustworthy
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are none
Cons:
The owner simply does not want anybody in the building, I am not sure what the issue is but they will do just about anything to get tenants to leave and then will leave the units completely empty for years at a time. The realty company—Executive Towers run by Isaac Naon, John, and Carly Bell—are scammers in cahoots with the owner. They post bait units on rental apps and take application money for seemingly desirable units, and then ghost. This has happened to dozens of people I’ve been in touch with, it’s a pattern and it’s fraud and it’s theft.
Advice to owner:
Isaac Naon’s company (the brokers) and the building are simply not honest. If you see any unit posted somewhere, it is likely a lie to try to get app fee money and then ghost you.
