Former Tenant
Pros:
Cozy, Convenient, Affordable, Quiet.
Cons:
Tenants don’t place garbage inside pales. Guess walking down to the basement is too much work for most.
Advice to owner:
I’ve been here for five years and it looks like they have been taking advice and feedback because the building when i moved here had an increasing rat problem outside the building, and maintenance people were hard to get a hold off. But they definitely improved alot on that. But thats also because people don’t put garbage in the pales. Might need to have signs for people. The intercom system is sensitive to weather, it tends to go down when it rains. And we have to wait a long time for it to be repaired each time. Might want to invest on a new system. :)
