    Nice clean building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    It’s clean! No bed bugs, no big roaches (on my fifth floor no roaches at all this year). Good responsive super.
    Cons:
    Walk up, noise from second ave,
    Advice to owner:
    Kick out 5A and 2D
