East Harlem Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is awesome, community is awesome, people who live in the building are amazing.
Cons:
Landlord doesn't really care about residents, is very open about there not being any working cameras in the building. Barely has anything to say when you raise concerns to him.
Advice to owner:
Do better...people in the building love their homes.
