The super is great The rent price is great

The landlord is unresponsive The roof needs to be replaced so there are leaks

Advice to the owners

I suggest you keep the super close. He’s great!

Nice amenities, awful location and noise levels

Pros

Great layout, great people, great amenities.

Cons

Awful management, pipes freeze in winter, poor pest control at times, very little sunlight outside of bedrooms. Most important: WALLS ARE THIN AS PAPER
