Stay Far Away
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was nicely renovated with good finishes for the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Generally I couldn't hear the noise from the other neighbors. My back facing bedroom windows were nice and it was a quiet street
Cons:
Bugs everywhere! Dirty neighbors; they often would throw trash down the air vent, the management company was hard to get in touch with. The front of the building was crowded with overflowing trashcan and rats.
Advice to owner:
This place can be nice but you all let this place get dirty from a few bad acting neighbors. I still can't believe how bad the shared hallway smelled.

Loud and not well maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Each apt has a washer and dryer, newly renovated
Cons:
Issues with the apts are not taken care of. The front door to the building has been broken since a week after I moved in and the issue has not be resolved after multiple calls to the landlord. The bathroom also needs work with painting and rust.
Advice to owner:
Please resolve issues in a more timely manner.

Bad Management Group, Roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer Dryer, that’s it.
Cons:
Management/Landlord does not answer phone calls or emails. Roach infestation. Dirty Neighbors. Rats outside, jumping everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive. Take ownership and pride in your building. Don’t hustle people, because you’re messing with people’s livelihoods.
