Pros:
Relatively quiet and no pests
Cons:
There was a water leak that was ongoing for months so we had to live with a gigantic hole in the living room while water was collecting, which eventually leaked through the plastic and owners didn’t respond for days. We never had 1 day of heat. Our hot water would go out randomly so we had to shower in the gym.
Advice to owner:
Get a good management company
