Reconsider living here

Pros:
Building is cleaner than before.
Cons:
Repairs take time and are not always properly done. Work is done sloppily and approach is to do anything as cheaply as possible.

Floors are mopped but wet floor signs are not always posted. Several tenants have fallen due to this, including myself.
Advice to owner:
Have repairs done correctly. Don’t try to save money now and it cost you more in the long term. The handyman always leaves a mess after doing anything in apt. Lack of attention to detail is obvious. Gentleman comes off as very nice but looks for the quickest and easiest fix as opposed to the correct one.
