Pros:
Beautiful renovation and literally nothing else is good.
Cons:
Brokers lie and mislead. Difficult to work with. Management company is unprofessional, belligerent, and very likely breaking laws.
Advice to owner:
Retire. Seek employment at a Taco Bell.
