Avoid this landlord.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Size of unit per cost
Cons:
Negligent landlord: Harassed me at lease signing, attempted to make me pay a second full security deposit for pets on my application (which he admitted to not reading before approving) Refuses to make repairs, appliances don't work, ceiling caving in, no heat in entire building

Non-reachable landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the area.
Cons:
Building does not provide access for Con-Ed so monthly Con-Ed will be you a estimate for the same date last year. Smart meters never got installed. Boiler sensor is busted. We get blistering heat when it’s warm outside . but when it’s 20° we get no heat.
Advice to owner:
List information above mailbox to reach management. Fix the sensor to the boiler. Let Con-Ed install Smart Meter.
