Bankrupt Owners means I never got my security deposit back

Pros:
Cheap, washer dryer in unit
Cons:
Mice, roaches, mud gentrification, new management group did not return security deposit due to previous owners bankruptcy
Advice to owner:
Mice and roaches are a huge disgusting problem.
