The WORST management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Exposed brick, close to park and public transportation
Cons:
I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling the entire time I lived there in Apt 1. The super would come and patch it but never repaired the problem. I went away for 3 weeks and when I came back there was literally mold growing on the ceiling. Not only that, when the lease was up and it was time to renew, the company had the audacity to raise my rent by over $300 a month while the bathroom ceiling leaked. While looking through the violations this building has had, as of 2019 the leak in the bathroom HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.
Advice to owner:
Fix your apartments!!!
