There's a better option out there

Pros:
affordable price in a nice area but you get what you pay for
Cons:
Neighborhood crime has increased in the last few years, and landlord and super will go out of their way to make excuses for why they can't do their job before finally fixing anything.
Advice to owner:
Do better

I also had carbon monoxide poisoning last year,

Don't freeze your tenants.

It was close to the dog park
Cons:
The neighborhood & building are sketch. Super thinks it’s perfectly okay to barge in whenever he feels like it, highly unprofessional. Yells at tenants.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super who can fix things professionally
