Pros:
In unit laundry, nice architecture, roof access
Cons:
NO HEAT, i wake up in the middle of the night and can see my breath!!! Submitted a complaint have not heard of any concrete plan to help. LOUD neighbors across the street keep me up at night with their concert level loudness) music on a Wednesday night at 2 am.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heat

Pros:
in unit laundry

very close to dunkin donuts, costco, target, aldi
very close to bus, not too far from train
Cons:
Bedbugs found upon move-in!
no heat in one room, heaters did not work in other bedrooms
one of the maintenance men made female tenants uncomfortable
had to ask landlord multiple times for information/said he would take my ac unit to storage and never did?
Advice to owner:
please communicate more with residents!

It was a pretty good apartment, with laundry in unit, but it did have bedbugs

Pros:
The laundry was in unit!!! Also it had one very large bedroom and some new appliances. The landlord was responsive and the trash was well taken care of with very few mice/rat/roach problems!
Cons:
There were bedbugs. Also it was pretty dirty and dusty from when we moved in and it is very easy to hear neighbors/anybody in the building both within and around the outside of the individual apartments. The heaters are a little faulty which does result in it getting very cold in the winter sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Update the bedbug inspection report next to the mail and fix the boiler.
