Former Tenant
Pros:
The roof is always clean. The only person who is ever fairly quick to our requests and maintenance in the apartment was not the manager but the super who was under him.
Cons:
The upstairs pipes were always leaking into the downstairs bathroom. There was no sunlight in the kitchen I barely any. There was hardly any storage in the bathroom. I think just a shelf above the toilet in the bathtub was oddly positioned.
Advice to owner:
Get an assistant if you can’t manage all your tenants inquiries. I remember it took days if not weeks and multiple calls and having to run to two different offices to track down the manager. Learn to manage paperwork better and be more strict on tenant payments.
