Nice brownstown, good sized units, heat was hot, windows on both ends of unit allowed for airflow. Nice backyard space, if you can gain access.
Narrow entry hallways/stairs, does not always cash checks in a timely fashion. No laundry in building.
No advice, pretty good landlord.
