Avoid like the plague

Pros:
Good food in the area
Cons:
Well where do I start landlord is basically a slum lord. He refuses to fix anything in the apartment just to drive out people so he can fix it up. He somehow convinced the older people in the building that they shouldn’t say anything or bad things can happen.
Electrical outlets do not properly hold cords.
Ceiling had significant water damage which he refused to fix. Just threw a wooden board over the damage as BLACK MOLD grew.
Roaches infest this building.
Windows fell off and he didn’t want to install them so duct taped it.
Landlord lives in the building with his family which I hear is illegal. He bullied out the 2nd floor so he could connect it with his downstairs unit.
Does hard drugs.
Solicits women for sex.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be a slumlord
