Has potential, but management is awful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to the subway and Central Park. Neighborhood has necessities
Cons:
The management company is almost impossible to get in touch with. We also had infestations of roaches, water bugs, mice, and at one point there were bed bugs dropping from the light fixtures
Advice to owner:
This building has a lot of potential to be beautiful and functioning. The pest control situation was awful and the responsiveness of the management company is so unprofessional
