It is possible that a landlord missed an annual registration and therefore the info is not reflected on openigloo. We update this data when the city updates their records. 1 Year Bedbug History: No
Landlords in NYC are required to file an annual bedbug report with the city and state whether the building has had a bedbug infestation in the past year. We found no recent bedbug reports from these city filings.

Great Building and Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
The entrance is large and clean. The trash is always picked up. The building maintenance is on sight. I lived in apt #46 owned by Mariel Domeschiel. She is wonderful and responsive. If you are dealing with her dad Jack Domeschiel- he fancies himself an “academic” so he is demeaning and completely out of touch. He says he “hates hipsters” and is the type of person to raise rent and then say “stop buying so much Starbucks and you can afford it.” Not a good guy. But the apt had no problems and Was clean.
Cons:
They removed the other half of the building to do renovations that went on 7 days a week from 8-8. When this happened there were multiple gas leak scares and fired and we had to be evacuated multiple times.
Advice to owner:
Nothing to say
