Great location, old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Across the street from the park, close to subways, restaurants and Central Park. Generally nice living space, responsive Super. Laundromat just around the corner.
Cons:
Apartment smells like natural gas, had a mouse in the apartment, pigeons in the light shaft are very loud, traffic on street-side apartment is very loud. Hot water sometimes doesn’t work, ceiling showing signs of water leak building managers say only thing to do is “monitor.” Need space heater in summer.
