Former tenant·42 minutes ago

beautiful building in a busier area of harlem

Pros

- lighting of the apartment - space + amenities - location (3 blocks from 2/3 train, whole foods, target, trader joe's)

Cons

- garbage area is an eyesore - particularly noisy area, very easy to get woken up at night if you're a light sleeper - expensive utilities

Slumlords who will steal your deposit

Pros

Garden Level backyard.

Cons

You are dealing with slumlords. Run, don't walk, away from this building and any other place rum by these two Avi Feldman and Charles Hartman at Omek Capital. They will keep your security deposit and ignore basic maintenance requests.
