Not too bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice layout. Neighbors are great.
Cons:
Maintenance repairs take forever. Hallways could be cleaner. Front door always gets broken. Cameras not functional. No live in super.

Management company is terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location for commuting
Cons:
Not the best area, a lot of noise and the management company is terrible. Good luck ever getting ahold of them.
Advice to owner:
Work with a better management company

Loud as the fair.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good, and Marcus Garvey park is cool and lots going on there. Big kitchen, good layout.
Cons:
5th Avenue is a major emergency vehicle conduit, so it is super loud.
Package theft was a real problem. Some of the dealers on the corner are cool, but some attract crack heads and tell them to steal packages.
