Look carefully at this place.

Pros:
Clean building convenient to all the trains
Cons:
The walls are thin. Some of the old men tenants are predators.And make it very uncomfortable to live there.

The laundry room is dark and has become a haven for people leaving their clothes everywhere, wash your clothes somewhere else.

The old super live on this first floor, it is drug den.
