Living the Harlem vibe
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, close to restaurants and shops. Landlord is responsive and very considerate with the tenants.
Cons:
Would love to see some cosmetic upgrades in common areas.
Advice to owner:
Keep up your great service. A renovated lobby would make us happier.
