Not worth the price

Pros:
Laundry in unit, spacious high ceilings, central air and heating
Cons:
The super is completely unhelpful, the applicants are all falling apart, the windows aren’t insulated, the electrical bill will go up by $100 if you use the oven twice, the “secure code to get into the building” doesn’t even work.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super who knows what they are doing, lower your rent prices, and be up front about what tenants are signing up for before they pay for this over priced apartment

Great building, but not a great neighborhood

Pros:
Building is well maintained and clean inside.
Cons:
Not in the greatest neighborhood. Hot water is spotty in the winter.
