Loud and Cold
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord lives in the building. The space is huge 3 beds and 2.5 baths, and the light is great in the apartment.
Cons:
The owner was cheap when it came to fixing the apartment. She has a coin operated laundry in the basement, and when we asked if WE could buy a new energy star set to replace it she refused, but bought a new set for her apartment. The water that came from the faucets tasted horrible, and we could hear EVERYTHING that happened outside.
Advice to owner:
Replace the old windows, old water pipes, and the old coin operated laundry.

Terrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apt is a great apt, plenty of space and good closet space.
Cons:
The apt is great I rented the 2nd floor, but the heat in the unit will run you $450 to $600 a month , the windows need to be replaced, their is a rodent problem from the 1st floor up, they cook and their are small holes in the floor, she didn’t patch the holes only told me to get rat pads,. I would never rent from her again. I was always letting her know what what wrong with the unit but she tooks months to fix it. There are leaks in roof over the master bedroom, and leaks in the kitchen. Great location and the neighbors are great but she is terrible. When i got ready to move out i didn’t get $1500 back because she said i didn’t paint the unit back to its original color. She told me moving in it was okay to paint and not that I had to paint it back. Beware of her and the lease. I paid her all the way through covid on time. She didn’t abide by the lease. So i will be taking her to court. I never missed a rent payment.
